Wedding & Baptism

We went up north again this weekend for my cousin Megan's wedding. It was an awesome day (very hot though) She got married in the Salt Lake temple on the 31st. It was fun cause I've never been in the Salt Lake Temple, so it was a fun experience. She got married in the morning and my family went on a tour of the conference center in between the wedding and the luncheon. We'd never been in there before so it was a neat experience to go in and explore! Then on Saturday our nephew Jordan got baptized so we cruised on over there for that. Then we had to rush home on saturday night so we could get up early Sunday morning for my nieces baby blessing! Phew! Busy busy weekend!!!!

Travel!

My sweet Brandon and I have been lucky enough to get a few trips in! We went up north to Salt Lake last weekend for the 24th and we get to go up this week as well for my cousins wedding! So it's been a nice few days knowing that we get a vacation after vacation! We stayed with Brandons sister while up north and we went to Lagoon on Friday! Besides the insane heat and me getting kinda motion sick, it was pretty fun! They have some fun new rides and I haven't been there in forever, so it was good to go back. We took our neices and nephews so it kept us on our toes! I have some pictures that I took (there's only like 5, I need to get better at taking pictures!) so I need to upload them on here for all to see! It was mine and Brandons first roadtrip/vacation together since our honeymoon, so needless to say, we were in need of a vacation. Fun time had by all.

1 year later!

Yesterday was the year anniversary when my sweet love Brandon popped the question to me!!!! I can't believe how fast time has gone by. I still think it was the perfect day and I was in total shock when he got down on one knee! I had no idea he was going to propose! And me being the retard that I am even asked him "are you serious?!" when he asked me to marry him. hahaha. Oh geez. But besides our wedding day, it was the happiest moment ever! Brandon is just so perfect and so sweet and I couldn't ask for a better husband. And I can't believe that in just 3 months we'll have been married a YEAR! I love every moment of being married and I love my husband more than anything!

We went over to Gunlock tonight and went skiing for the 2nd time this season and this time I actually remembered a camera! Woohoo, go me.

My Birthday

My birthday was a couple of days ago (cinco de mayo!! woot!) and it was such a fun day. The day before my family gathered at my parents house to celebrate the whole crews birthday (my twin brother and I were born on my older brothers birthday! 3 out of 4!) So we played a little wii and ate some dinner and had some strawberry shortcake. Then on my actual birthday, I worked all day and Brandon came to work and had some lunch with me and brought me a daisy (my favorite!) Then when I got home I opened presents and got my Indiana Jones trilogy that I wanted (yes I'm a HUGE fan, don't judge) Then we walked over to the pizza factory express and had some yummy dinner and topped it off with a snow cone :) After that Brandon had made the mistake of telling me we could go see a movie, any movie I want since it was my birthday, so I, of course, picked a chick flick. We went and saw "Made of Honor" so cute. I loved it. Brandon, not so much. But thats what he gets for telling me I can choose. But all and all it was a good birthday. Plus it was fun to reminse since it was the year anniversary of our 2nd date! Precious.
