Growing up

My tiny little newborn isn't a newborn anymore! She figures she's old enough now to start doing things that make me want to freeze time so she won't keep growing so fast. She has started sitting all on her own. Sure it may only last less than 30 seconds but she can still do it. My heart nearly burst in pride and i may have shed a few tears...

She also started eating solid food and has found a new whole joy to life. She can't get enough of this stuff.

She also tries to eat her toes but I don't think it has quite the same satisfaction as those pureed green beans...

She got these little tennis shoes from my mom for Christmas and I think it automatically makes her look like a grown up when she wears them. But they're so cute!!!

She's also started to become really photogenic with the camera. I always seem to capture her at her best moments. I really should become a professional photographer.

See what I mean? Professional. I'm so black mailing her with these pictures one day. Muhahaha!

Man oh man I sure love this girl. I can't get enough of her. I could eat her up.

As much as I want her to stay a tiny baby forever, she sure is getting fun with all her new things she is discovering. She's a little sweetie.

Super!

Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful {blowouts} than a locomotive! Not quite able to leap tall buildings in a single bound...let alone sit up...it's Super Lucy!

Cutest Superhero I've ever seen!

The Holidays

I swear I've sat down to post about our Christmas at least 113 times, but it seems every time I do, Lucy wakes up from her nap. It's like this 6th sense that she has. So instead of doing a huge long post explaining all about our Christmas, I'm just gonna post pictures. I know that's all anyone cares about anyways. Hopefully it'll be faster that way and I'll get 'er done before she wakes up. Here's the really short short short Holiday's explanation:

Went to St. George for a week. Tons of Food. Family. Gifts. Lucy lovin'. Lucy spoilin'. and fun!
The end.
Oh how I hate leaving St. George.

Our Christmas:

Christmas with Nana & Papa Holdaway:

Christmas with Grandma & Grandpa Frisbey:

PHEW! Picture overload. Glad to get it finally posted! As I'm sure all of you are as well. This Holiday season has been so awesome! I'm sad to see it go already and in denial that next Christmas Lucy will probably be toddling around and my Christmas tree is gonna only be decorated from the middle and up. *sigh* Why does time have to go so fast??!!

And have I mentioned how big of a crush I have? Oh man oh man.

I've got it bad for her.
