Happy half year anniversary!!

I'm happy to announce that my Brandon and I have been married for half a year now!!! To me that seems so crazy because it seems like we just got married, yet I don't remember what life was like really without being married. I have to say that this has been the most amazing 6 months of my life and I'm grateful everyday to wake up to Brandons cute face! I love him very much and wanted everyone to know that!

Bike Ride

Last Saturday Brandon amazingly enough, had the day off! That never happpens, so we decided to do some fun things together since it seems like we hardly see each other with such different schedules. We decided to go on a bike ride so we went over to borrow some bikes and stuffed them into the car (which was not as easy as it first appeared to be) and we drove up to the entrance of Snow Canyon and rode our bikes down the trail all the way back to our apartment! It was so fun to watch each other try and ride bikes after who knows how many years! It was a day well spent with my cute hubby!

Happy Easter!!!

This year was Brandon and I's first Easter together and what a fun day it was! We had a blast coloring our eggs (and eating them in the process, yum!) Even though the easter bunny forgot to visit us this year, it was still a wonderful day we got to spend with each other and our families!

Something...fun?

Well, yesterday was one of a few nights off that Brandon had and since the time had changed too, we decided it was finally time to get into our climbing season! Woohoo! The best time of the year! But, due to spring break and the lack of me being an excellent rock climber like my husband, all the easy climbs that I could do was being used by a huge group of spring breakers, so Brandon decided to take me bouldering instead, something I've never done. All I knew about it was that it was basically rock climbing, only without a rope and you have a pad at the bottom of the climb for you to fall on....??? Sounds smart eh? Well, he talked me into it cause of course I have to try and be all tough to impress him. We get out there and Brandon pulls out the "pad" more like a 2 foot wide firm, not so soft, square. Not very comforting if you ask me. To make a long story short I officially can't boulder to save my life, and my Brandon is just a crazy little monkey!!! Here's some pictures of the amazing Brandon and the, uh, not so amazing me (don't be fooled, this picture of me is totally posed, I'm only like 2 inches off the ground!)

Hawaii!!!

This is my "test" post to see if I figure out how to post pictures. So, alas, we'll use our honeymoon to beautiful Hawaii!!! Hawaii was amazing and it was so awesome to be there with my husband! We had a blast and even though the weather was kinda gloomy the whole time, we didn't let that stop us from having fun exploring the island!
