Brandon has been taking a Scuba Diving class this semester, yes he get's college credit for diving, and on the spur of the moment (because that's how we roll) we decided to go on a dive trip to Cozumel that his dive instuctor is offering. I've been diving for a lot of years so I couldn't contain my excitement when Brandon said he wanted to go. We literally made this decision last week to go and the trip is over spring break, so in like 2ish weeks! haha. We figured, hey why not? We're only young once and once Brandon gets into his Masters and PHD program and we have kids etc. we won't get to do a lot of this stuff for a loooong time. We don't get very many opportunities like this and when we do, we figure we need to jump on them. Hence our trip to Germany and now this.
This is going to be such a fun trip and I'm super excited for the diving we are doing. We're going on a wreck dive, some night dives and I think a deep water dive. All of which I have never done, so it'll be an adventure!
I still am a bit nervous about 1 thing: SHARKS!!! I have quite the fear of them I have yet to see a shark since I've been diving, but I figure all that means is my odds are running out til I actually see one. I just hope that if I do see one, and with how much diving we are going to do, odds are I will, I hope I can be calm and NOT freak out. I've watched the discovery channel enough to know that panicing is NOT the right thing to do. For sure. Here are some awesome tips I stumbled across that I'm sure will help out too. Looks like I need to invest in a dive knife!! ahaha
Can't wait for Spring Break!!!

HAHAHA! That is seriously the funniest thing I've ever read. Somehow if you hadn't have posted it and I had just stumbled upon it randomly I'm sure it would have reminded me of you :)
Good luck on your dive! Wave to the fishy's for me!
HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!! You should know it's the first day of spring break and it was only 50 degrees and overcast all day. Lame.
